Course purchases grant a limited, non-transferable license for personal or team use as specified. Access periods are stated at purchase. We may update content without notice.

• Do not share access credentials outside of your licensed team.
• Use training responsibly and comply with applicable laws and codes.

Services are provided “as is”. We make no warranties of specific outcomes. Training does not replace licensing, inspections, or professional supervision where required.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathvora Flow Institute will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Refunds

We may offer refunds within 7 days if less than 20% of a course is completed, subject to review for misuse. Contact us via the form to begin a review.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or lawful requests. Upon termination, rights immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date.
